Time for Tea Please?
We all know tea and cake is a perfect combination and muffins are basically individual cakes! Taking inspiration from Wimbledon and a classic is season British flavour of strawberries what perfect way to celebrate but with strawberry muffins !!!!

Ingredients
250g Self Raising Flour
100g Caster Sugar
75g Butter
1 Large egg
175ml milk
1tsp baking powder
150g Strawberries
Method
*pre heat oven to 180 degrees
*place approximately 8 muffin cases into a tin
*sieve flour into a bowl and mix in the sugar and baking powder
* add butter and mix roughly in
*whisk milk and the egg together and pour into the dry ingredients
* combine
*chop the strawberries in to quarters and lightly coat in flour before adding and lightly combining into the cake mix (by coating the strawberries in the flour will stop them sinking to the bottom)
*place mix into cases and bake for around 20minutes until golden brown and skewer comes out clean.
*leave to cool and sprinkle with some icing sugar for decoration.
